On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter the email address you signed up with. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. If no email arrives, please check your spam folder.

Note: If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, there is no password for your account. In that case, simply use the corresponding sign-in button again. If you can't access your account at all, email us at [email protected].

How do I report a user?

On the profile, tap the three dots in the top right and select "Report".

How do I cancel firebird Premium?

Your subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play, so you need to cancel it there – not in the firebird app.

iPhone and iPad: Open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select firebird → "Cancel Subscription".

Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile picture in the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select firebird → "Cancel subscription".

In both cases you can keep using Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for; it won't renew automatically after that. We can't process cancellations or refunds ourselves – please contact Apple or Google support for those.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Manage account → Delete account.
